WEBJan 12, 2020 · How come the NFL playoff game on channel 3 fox is suddenly broadcast in Spanish. All the settings are in English, referees are in English, Commercials in English but the play by play is translated to Spanish. One thing if it was always like this but just for the playoff games? You had the SAP feature turned on for that channel on your television.

WEBSep 13, 2020 · I did the following to stop broadcasting the NFL games in Spanish. In the area directly below the “Guide, Xfinity, and PG down” labels on the remote, I found and pressed the "B" button. This brings up the settings menu. I scrolled down to "Audio Description" and set it to "Off". This technique worked for me.

This does not happen with any college football games or MLB baseball. This has been happening since the first. game last Thursday. Even the reruns on the NFL network go right to the cloud.

And also for sports fans losing college football, NFL football, MLB playoffs games while still paying the same amount seems really unfair.

The availability of how the content can be viewed is made at the network level and not something that Xfinity has a say in.
