Hi Cole. I remember seeing a few houses in Marampata when I hiked through, but if there are, they are extremally rustic and sure not hotels. The only way up there is walking, so the villagers in Marampata are either self sufficient or they carry their supplies using mules. I did I quick search in Google map and found two "businesses" in the area that you might be able to contact. The didn't have a website, but had phone numbers. You could give them a call and ask. the phones are +51 922 427 454 and +51 980 401 430. I remember that many of the folks in Peru used WhatApp to text, so you might want to check that. I camped along the way in multiple campsites, and the places I stayed were only campsites, not hostels. If you don't find a place to stay, I remember seeing a few folks that hired a guide through a tour company and they carried all the camping gear for them, set up their tents and cooked for them every night. I hope this helps. Best of luck.!
