Probably, you will need to park in the Piker Place Market garage. Please, enjoy your visit to Seattle. The Pike Place market, and the Seattle Center, home of the 1962 World's Fair are definitely MUST sees.
Can you get in after close? Wanna end the night (After 10:00pm ) with my girlfriend perfectly and would like a nice view to do so.. We just wanna see the Skyline:)

I didn't go there that late, but I will say this, watch your step in the paths leading from the parking lot to the park, They're uneven and unlit, with lots of dips and bumps.
