Built in 1938 in the Neo-Spanish Colonial style popular before World War II, this charming four-bedroom, two-storey house opened its doors to visitors and guests in June 2016. The ancestral home of one of Silay City's prominent families, it was declared a heritage house by the National Historical Institute on April 6, 1993.

We stayed at this lovely b&b hosted by one of German Unson’s granddaughter - Chell Jimenez. As we were 4 in the family we opted for the Lourdes room which was spacious enough but still quite cozy. …Full review by rwchick

So we went here before Christmas and I prebooked a night to stay as we were goin to visit Heritage Houses here so might as well enjoy and stay for a night. Since i always wanted to comeback in Silay…Full review by Ron P
