Wonderful exhibits, very busy with lots of families and the fall/Halloween decorations were wonderful! Sensory overload if you are susceptible to that, definitely a must see if you are in the area! Full review by Cindy W

There are stairs in the building and a few tight & elevated spaces in the conservatories, but this is a spacious, modern facility, so I assume that it has elevators and there is a great deal to see without climbing the stairs. I would call ahead and ask -- the staff is friendly and helpful. Also, I believe that most of the grounds would be accessible -- there are wide, well-maintained sidewalks.

Hawthorne b n b one block away. Have stayed there twice. Reasonable beautiful and awesome breakfasts included.
