“Well, Nakobe has had a really good year,” the Eagles defensive coordinator said. “ Zack (Baun) has gotten a lot of attention for his great play, but Nakobe has played great, too. We miss him when he’s not in there. He is the (signal caller) when he’s in there, and he has been playing his position really well and improving on a weekly basis, too.”

The Eagles faced the Rams on Nov. 24 in Los Angeles, winning 37-20. Eagles running back Saquon Barkley rushed for a franchise record 255 yards in that game. The Eagles and Rams last met in the playoffs in the NFC Championship game in Jan. 2002. The Rams, then based in St. Louis, won 29-24.

Love exited Green Bay's regular season finale after landing hard on his elbow. He was limited during practice early into the week to due soreness in his elbow, and he had also noted that he was experiencing numbness in his throwing hand. A few days later, he was completely off the injury report, which cleared the way for him to start Sunday's game.

The Packers' struggling offense combined with some shaky special teams to doom them again in Sunday's wild-card loss to the Eagles, with a quintet of injuries adding to their issues.
