Another defendant is set to be sentenced Wednesday afternoon in the slaying of the “General Hospital” actor during a catalytic converter robbery in downtown LA.

Frank Olano, who pleaded no contest to his involvement in the murder of Johnny Wactor, was sentenced to more than five years

Wactor was fatally shot on the morning of May 25, 2024, in Downtown Los Angeles. The 37-year-old was leaving a bartending shift with a co-worker when he was confronted by men trying to steal car parts. All four defendants received their charges in August 2024.
