An Amsterdam District Court has issued sentences of up to six months in jail against 5 men who were involved in violent disorder after a soccer match between the Dutch club Ajax and Israel’s Maccabi Tel Aviv in November.

The five defendants, who are all Dutch residents and aged between 19 and 32, were accused of public violence, theft and assault.View on euronews

The court will announce its verdict on Tuesday against five suspects who were all involved in the violence surrounding the football match between Ajax-Maccabi Tel Aviv. Violence broke out near the stadium and mostly in the city center of Amsterdam on November 7 and 8.
