Antonio Pierce and the Las Vegas Raiders were in position to have a top-three pick in the 2025 NFL Draft. However, after winning two games late in the season under Aidan O’Connell, it seems that’s become impossible.

NFL insider Albert Breer recently went on "The Rich Eisen Show" to share his predictions for which head coaches will likely lose their jobs this offseason. When talking about the head coaching jobs that will be open, he said this about the Raiders, "I think for the Raiders, there is a good chance that one will be open," Breer said.

Pierce shrugged his shoulders and offered no comment on a report that his job was at serious risk in his postgame news conference.
