Disgraced former Rep. George Santos​ is seeking a delay to his February sentencing so that he can keep making new episodes of his podcast.

Disgraced former congressman George Santos has asked a judge to delay his sentencing on federal fraud charges until the summer so he can pay off more than $500,000 in fines with revenue from a new podcast.

Santos' lawyers requested the delay on the grounds that Santos needs more time to "generate sufficient funds" in order to pay the judgment and cited a delay in the launch of his podcast.
