SpaceX's workhorse Falcon 9 rocket can return to flight for a mission to launch the European Space Agency's Hera spacecraft from Florida, the US Federal Aviation Administration said

The Federal Aviation Administration on Sunday announced it was approving just one SpaceX Falcon 9 mission, although SpaceX has submitted its mishap report into why the second stage from last week’s Crew-9 mission failed to hit its planned target on reentry.

SpaceX's Falcon 9 rocket will relaunch on October 7 for the Hera mission, following FAA approval after last month's mishap.
