A Russian missile hit a Palau-flagged vessel in Ukraine’s southern port of Odesa on Monday, killing one Ukrainian national and injuring five foreign nationals, regional governor Oleh Kiper said on Telegram.

Russian forces struck a foreign civilian ship flying the flag of Palau, in Odesa on Oct. 7, according to Odesa Oblast Governor Oleh Kiper. A 60 year-old Ukrainian port employee was killed and five foreign nationals were injured as a result of the attack.

A Russian missile hit a Palau-flagged vessel in Ukraine’s southern port of Odesa on Monday, killing a Ukrainian national and injuring five crew members in the second such attack in as many days, officials said.
