A Minnesota couple is turning their storefront into a shop serving up confectionary and gems on Excelsior's Water Street, with their grand opening just around the corner.

Rita's is also adding a tangy, crunchy Skittles Pop'd freeze-dried candies to their toppings lineup this spring. The new flavor is just in time for Rita's annual first-day-of-spring giveaway.
