Former Hollywood couple Ben Affleck and Jennifer Lopez were certainly no strangers to luxury real estate when they purchased their vast Beverly Hills, CA, spread for $60.8 million in May 2023. But even they could not have foreseen the significant drama that the home would soon become embroiled in.

Jennifer Lopez's love might not "cost a thing," but her mega-mansion certainly does. The 38,000-square-foot Los Angeles home she once shared with Ben Affleck has been on the market for 100 days, as of Oct. 21, and it doesn't seem to be flying off the busy real estate market anytime soon.

As uncomfortable as it may be to run into an ex, at least most people don't have to do it at a celebrity-filled event with cameras pointed at them. That's exactly what happened to Jennifer Lopez and Ben Affleck recently.
