In celebration of the five-day Hindu festival of lights known as Diwali, Mattel has lit up the Barbie universe with its first Diwali doll. The company’s launch of the doll comes a few weeks ahead of the holiday’s start in late October.

Mattel has introduced a special Diwali Barbie doll just in time for the upcoming festival of lights, set to be celebrated on Oct. 31.

The Diwali doll, created in collaboration with fashion designer Anita Dongre, features traditional elements and will cost $40.

The doll will feature traditional Indian elements, including a cropped top, or choli; a floral vest known as a koti; and a patterned, ankle-length skirt called a lehenga.
