Phoenix Suns All-Star Devin Booker will miss a fourth straight game Thursday against the Los Angeles Lakers at Mortgage Matchup Center with a right hip strain. Booker suffered the injury in the first half Feb. 19 against the San Antonio Spurs in Austin. The Suns have gone 1-2 without him during this four-game homestand.
The Suns are 3-7 in their last 10 games while the Celtics (38-19) improved to 9-1 in their last 10 without Jayson Tatum (right Achilles repair) and Jaylen Brown (right knee contusion). Tatum has missed all season while Brown sat out Tuesday’s game after scoring 32 points in Sunday’s 111-89 victory over the Los Angeles Lakers.
The Phoenix Suns took down the Orlando Magic in their double-overtime game at the Mortgage Matchup Center in Arizona on Saturday. Jalen Green was sensational in the game, with his buzzer-beater with 1.1 seconds left giving the Suns the 113-110 win. He finished with 16 points, seven rebounds, five assists and three steals.
