According to Hearing Care Partnership’s annual research, the UK’s most attractive accent is now Manc, with a huge 127% search increase in the run-up to Valentine’s Day.

The final accent that featured in our study was the Yorkshire accent. Our results found that, for one of the brain measures, the children associated the Yorkshire accent with unintelligence.

Meanwhile, New England’s Boston accent ranked 5th, according to the survey. Its distinctive dropped r’s makes for a challenging task for AI voice recognition.
