Justin Simpson, son of O.J. Simpson, is being sued by his late father’s estate over the status of his Las Vegas house, according to a lawsuit filed on January 6. O.J., who died in April 2024 at age 76,

It is alleged that Justin Simpson is refusing to move out of his late father’s Las Vegas residence or compensate the estate.

Justin Simpson's Primary Holdings company technically owned the home where O.J. Simpson lived, buying it in August 2022 to protect it from the former football player’s creditors.
