The Kansas City Chiefs are looking to become the first team in NFL history to win the Super Bowl three years in a row. Of course, after their 29-10 win over the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas Day, they advanced to 15-1 and secured the first-round by week in the AFC.

Wednesday’s Christmas Day win over the Steelers, 29-10, improved the Chiefs to 15-1 and locked up the No. 1 seed in the playoffs, giving the Chiefs the only bye in the AFC, plus home-field advantage.

Just one year ago, the Kansas City Chiefs fell on Christmas Day and used the loss as a rally through the AFC playoffs en route to the Super Bowl championship. Kansas City had to win two games on the road to get to the Super Bowl.

On Wednesday afternoon, the Kansas City Chiefs won their 15th game of the year with a road demolition of the Pittsburgh Steelers on Christmas Day. The Chiefs rolled from the start of this one, sending Steelers fans heading for the exits long before the final seconds had ticked off of the clock.

Andy Reid got into the Christmas spirit. The Chiefs coach made a postgame outfit change, swapping his sideline attire for a Santa Claus outfit, to deliver the good news to his Chiefs players after their 29-10 win over the Steelers clinched the AFC title and a first-round bye.
