U.S. Marshals investigators said Thursday said Saucedo could be posing as homeless or as a day laborer. He is fluent in Spanish. He may have shaved his head because of his recognizable hair color. Waller County investigators say he may have died due to the weather and terrain, or he had help and was hidden or transported by another person.
