HOUSTON — A crash involving an 18-wheeler caused significant delays on the Katy Freeway heading outbound near Antoine Drive during the Wednesday morning rush hour, according to Houston TranStar. TranStar reported the freeway fully reopened at 12:19 p.m. A hazmat team was called to the scene to help with the spill.
