Tanner McKee threw for 269 yards and two touchdowns in a game full of backups to help the Philadelphia Eagles tune up for the playoffs with a 20-13 victory over the New York Giants.
With starters resting, the game itself didn’t provide a ton of exciting moments. However, the CBS broadcast still provided some entertainment.

The Giants owner went viral over the summer after he was caught saying “I’ll have a tough time sleeping if Saquon goes to Philadelphia” during an episode of Hard Knocks: Offseason with the New York Giants.
Barkley didn't get another chance at topping 2,105 rushing yards, but he did match Dickerson's historic 1984 season in another area.
The Giants let Saquon Barkley leave the team in free agency. He signed with the Eagles and became one of just nine RBs to eclipse 2,000 rushing yards.
So barring a last-second change of heart, Saquon Barkley will come up just short of Eric Dickerson’s single-season rushing record. But with an extra week of rest and a wide-open playoff picture, Barkley could end up with something that Dickerson never got to experience: a Super Bowl ring.
