The 2024-25 NHL season has not been kind to the Seattle Kraken. They have struggled for a second straight season and are stuck in the bottom five of the standings.

Jamie Oleksiak and Eeli Tolvanen scored 49 seconds apart in the third period to erase a one-goal deficit and rally the Seattle Kraken past the Pittsburgh Penguins 4-2.

Stephenson scored a goal in Saturday's 4-2 loss to the Oilers. Stephenson has scored in back-to-back games for the first time this season. The 30-year-old got the Kraken on the board with a breakaway tally in the second period.

The Penguins suffered their third straight loss on Tuesday, January 14th, falling 4-2 to the Seattle Kraken at PPG Paints Arena. Despite a strong effort throughout the game, the Penguins were unable to overcome the Kraken’s potent offense and ultimately fell short in their bid to break the losing streak.
