Country music star Billy Ray Cyrus has spoken out after he was widely mocked for his 'trainwreck' of a performance at Donald Trump's second inauguration in Washington DC on Monday

Billy Ray Cyrus delivered a slow-talking, technical difficulty riddled, bizarre performance at the post-inauguration Liberty Ball Monday.

Kid Rock, the Village People, Billy Ray Cyrus, Lee Greenwood, Rascal Flatts, Jason Aldean and more will perform during Donald Trump's inauguration.
