A group of protesters clogged the sewage system of Columbia’s international affairs school, and spray painted the business school with an antisemitic slur

Columbia University says it identified two individuals from an “affiliated institution” who took part in disruption of course on the history of modern Israel last week. The students have been barred from entering the campus and referred to their “home institution for further investigation and discipline.

The proposal was leaked this week by an anti-Israel student group but was confirmed by the resolution’s author.

The Ivy League university, an epicenter for protests last year, says it has suspended one student after “expediting” its investigation into a group who disrupted a class on Israeli history.

Some of the flyers were quickly crumpled up by students as one peer in the class said, “We don’t want your sh-t.”

NEW YORK -- Columbia University says it is boosting security after an incident on campus involving protesters. Earlier this week, the university said in a statement a class on "The History of Modern Israel" was disrupted Tuesday by a group of students who handed out fliers showing violent imagery.

A third activist had been identified as a Columbia student on Thursday and has been suspended pending a full investigation and disciplinary process.
