Max Verstappen insists he has still not communicated with the FIA after his punishment for swearing. The Red Bull driver is set to continue his protest of delivering the bare-minimum in terms of answering questions in press conferences at this weekend’s F1 United States Grand Prix.

After qualifying at the same event, Verstappen refused to answer questions in the official FIA media conference which followed, instead holding an impromptu media session with journalists in the paddock immediately afterwards.

Max Verstappen has continued to argue against the FIA's viewpoint regarding the press conference. The Dutchman doesn't believe the press conference will be watched by young children and argues they hear worse at their school.
