Cole Nenon, 21, is facing aggravated assault charges after spitting at an officer and striking him, according to Phoenix police.

Police are investigating a Christmas shooting at Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix that left three people wounded by gunfire and another person stabbed.

Three people were shot and another person was stabbed at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport in Arizona during a family dispute in one of the terminals Wednesday night, police said.

Phoenix Police airport officers responded to reports of a shooting at a restaurant in Terminal 4, located outside of the security checkpoints. Upon arriving at the scene, officers found three victims, including one adult female and two adult males, suffering from gunshot wounds.

Gunfire rang out at Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport on Christmas night and left three people wounded, police say. Another was stabbed. One was in critical condition.

Condor said the decision was prompted by a Dec. 20 ruling from the German Federal Court of Justice that overturned a measure requiring Lufthansa, the flag carrier of Germany, to provide feeder flights (short-haul flights operated by regional airlines) for Condor.
