“It’s certainly possible,” agreed Zack Cooper, meteorologist with the National Weather Service Office in Mount Holly, which has issued a winter weather advisory from 12:01 to 10 a.m. Thursday for the entire region for up to an inch of snow and ice and 0.1 inches of freezing rain.

The snow looks to slow down people's Thursday morning commutes, according to the National Weather Service Green Bay. Starting around 6 p.m. Wednesday, snow will begin to move through the area, where it will continue overnight before ending at around 9 a.m. Thursday. There will also be a period of freezing drizzle throughout the area.

Thursday morning commuters should expect reduced visibility and slippery road conditions, causing drivers to slow down.
