Sharing the timeline over SpaDex mission, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) on Tuesday said that the drifts between the satellites involved in the docking experiment have been arrested and the conditons for the docking initialisation experiment will likely begin tomorrow.

You can watch the event live via ISRO's official YouTube account starting 8:00 am tomorrow. The SpaDeX satellites, which were launched on December 30, 2024, will demonstrate automated rendezvous and docking capabilities in low Earth orbit.

The space organisation had initially planned the docking for January 7 forenoon, but rescheduled it to January 9. It now stands postponed again.

The docking procedure of the SPADEX spacecrafts have been delayed by a couple of days, ISRO announced on January 6. Originally scheduled for January 7, the docking will now take place on January 9 after an abort scenario was identified by the mission team.
