On Tuesday morning, Sheila Gonzalez was reading news reports about the arrest of a man charged with killing Greensboro Police Officer Michael Horan a day earlier in the Lawndale Food Lion. She immediately recognized Tarell McMillian's mugshot. Why? Because he was at the same Food Lion on Monday morning filling her Instacart order, she says.
