Louisiana State Police have confirmed that three of the 10 inmates who escaped the Orleans Parish jail Friday were taken to a facility outside of Orleans Parish. LSP posted pictures on social media of Kendall Myles, Dkenan Dennis and Robert Moody being escorted onto a helicopter.

According to the Orleans Parish Sheriff’s Office, the inmates were discovered missing around 8:30 a.m. during a routine headcount. OPSO deputies and partnering state law enforcement agencies are actively searching for the following escapees. As of 11:30 a.m., 20-year-old Kendell Myles was captured.
