Teresa Youngblut, accused of starting the January 20 shooting that left Agent Maland and Felix Bauckholt dead, was indicted by a Grand Jury Thursday evening on two firearm assault charges. On Friday afternoon she appeared again in court pleading not guilty to the arraignment.

A Seattle-area woman has pleaded not guilty to federal firearm charges in connection to the fatal shooting of a U.S. Border Patrol agent in Vermont in January. Teresa Youngblut, 21, faces charges of using a deadly weapon while assaulting a Border Patrol agent and using a firearm during and in relation to that assault.

The Schenectady man charged in Albany’s first homicide appeared in court Monday, and his girlfriend is now facing charges in the case .Leonardo Guzman, 34, pleaded not guilty in Albany County Court to charges of second-degree and criminal possession of a weapon.
