Who killed Lilia Vazquez? Houston police, Crime Stoppers ask for help finding suspect in deadly hit-and-run
HPD said 61-year-old Lilia Vazquez was jogging in southwest Houston around 6:20 a.m. on December 13 when a dark-colored truck hauling plywood hit and killed her. Investigators said the truck and Vazquez were headed westbound on Westpark Drive between Fondren Road and Gessner Road when the crash happened.
