Fast Charging is available when charging with any USB-C port on the device or the Surface Connect port. With Fast Charging, you can charge your battery up to 80% in about an hour on most devices at 25°C (77°F) ambient temperature.

Find support if your Surface power supply or charger doesn't work, or the charger light is off, blinking, or flashing and your Surface isn't charging.
