
Voyage - A Journey Through Our Solar System - Smithsonian Institution
In this outdoor exhibition, our solar system is presented at one ten-billionth actual size through 13 units—one each for the planets, the Sun, asteroids and comets, and 2 introductory units—that stretch 650 yards from the Air and Space Museum to the Smithsonian Castle.

Located along a 2,000-foot path in front of the Smithsonian Institution – from the National Air and Space Museum to the Smithsonian Castle – 13 stanchions allow the visitor to explore the Solar System from the Sun out to the dwarf planet Pluto.
