May 12, 2015 · The differences between the Mk I and Mk II are very minor. Tector-class Star Destroyer: A pseudo-canon variation on the Imperator -class - it was invented to explain a model goof in Return of the Jedi. The Tector is similar to the Imperator, but sacrifices the hangar bay in exchange for heavier armor and more firepower, becoming a true battleship.

Nov 2, 2021 · Since both were eventually outclassed by the Imperial class Star Destroyer and its successor, the Imperial II class Star Destroyer, I think refitting the Victory II design for ship-to-ship was done to give the Victory class more of a pursuit role, and leave the planetary assault role to the Imperial and Imperial II class ships.

Jan 18, 2024 · This may seem ridiculous and it is but it allows the Vic I to cross the gap and engage. Now this is crude but it keeps the fundamentals of the Victory Class intact and limits the utility of such an action to only closing forcing the Victory to stay in the normal speed 1-2 for most gameplay. Balance Idea #2: give the Victory a native salvo.
