Jun 8, 2008 · I saw a parked honda accord hybrid with HOV lane stickers. Would you call the police/dmv and report it or is this too 'green police'? I have to assume he bought these illegally (not eligible from DMV) and is taking advantage of the perks. Think of the prius driver that didnt get his stickers because of this. Can the police cite this car?
