Work is underway to restore approximately 500 windows at the historic Central Railroad of New Jersey Terminal in Liberty State Park. Since the fall, the building’s original windows have been carefully removed and transported off-site for restoration to their original condition. In the meantime, plywood has been installed to secure the building and protect it from the elements during the process. The restoration is expected to be completed by late spring.
